Stilla is a cup that invites us to reflect on the proper management of water, one of the most precious resources on our planet. The cup can be filled up to a certain level, beyond which the liquid overflows, simulating a tear.
The tear flows from an eye positioned to allow the cup to be filled only up to 60% of its capacity, with the remaining 40% destined to be lost, mirroring the daily wastage of drinking water in our country.

Stilla reminds us of the importance of conscious use of water, and in general, of the resources of our planet, to avoid waste and ensure that everyone can enjoy them equally.
Designed by Gloria Gianatti for the second edition of “Sono Tazza di te!”, a selection of cups curated by Anty Pansera and Patrizia Sacchi, Stilla is on show at the Fabbrica del Vapore in Milan in October 2024.
